High on our agenda is our strategic leadership retreat, slated for 28 February, during which we will decide where we should focus our efforts this year. ASF recently made a submission against Australia’s adoption of the changes to the WHO International Health Regulations, one in a growing line-up of submissions that demonstrate ASF’s stance on key matters facing the Australian government. Unless our government opts out by June this year, the WHO’s amended IHR will automatically apply in our country. In other news of those aligned with ASF, two years after the pro-informed-consent Cape Byron Lighthouse Declaration was launched, Ros Nealon-Cook was interviewed by Peter McCullough about the psychological impact of the many misguided covid measures, and declaration originators Ros, Rob Brennan, and Paul Oosterhuis plus about 20 friends and supporters congregated at the Cape to celebrate the second anniversary of the declaration. Sanjeev Sabhlok penned another article on the folly and net harm of school closures during covid.
A recent study suggests covid vaccination has increased the risk for a range of mental diseases, and more studies have been published casting further doubt on the increased risks of the covid shots, including DNA contamination (see here, here, here, here, here, here, here, as well as this book). A review just published documents intensifying calls for the suspension of these products, while vaccine evangelist Peter Hotez has published a cunning plan to fight increased vaccine hesitancy: a “ well vetted publicly accessible website, preferably one created and established by a U.S. Government HHS agency”. If RFK Jr is confirmed this week as the HHS (Health and Human Services) Secretary, we think Hotez’s idea may have merit!
This great editorial by Raphael Lataster and Peter Parry argues that science journals have been stifling scientific progress through groupthink and they need to adopt a policy that welcomes contrarian perspectives. “Scientific” public agencies too have stifled science during this period, with the US FDA’s treatment of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) just one example.
On the international stage, what an eventful start to the year we’ve seen! With HCQ-backer Donald Trump back at the helm, the US is set to exit the WHO again, albeit for apparently purely financial reasons, and free speech is high on the new administration’s agenda – with the sudden support of former censorship supporters/implementers, like Mark Zuckerberg. Time will tell whether RFK Junior can reform medical science and the US health sector, should he be confirmed as Secretary of HHS. He can count on the support of the Independent Medical Alliance (formerly the FLCCC Alliance). Credentialed physicians, scientists, academics, or healthcare providers can support RFK’s nomination here.
Time has finally run out for one bad actor of the covid debacle, after the House Oversight Committee announced a cut of all funding for EcoHealth Alliance and disbarred gain-of-function tsar Peter Daszak. Sadly, Anthony Fauci will probably never have to pay for his deeds thanks to a last-minute pardon issued by parting president Biden. Many professionals are still fighting for their jobs or for compensation due to covid shot mandates, such as this group of health professionals in Texas. In Florida, a grand jury concluded there are ‘profound and serious issues’ with the covid shots.
Further north, Justin Trudeau clearly isn’t up to sparring with Donald Trump. He finally announced his resignation as Canadian prime minister. In the Canadian state of Alberta, a task force published a report on the state government’s covid response, citing a failure to use the existing pandemic response plan, biased decision-making, and a lack of transparency. To our knowledge, this is the first thorough government-funded covid policy review published in the West that demonstrates scientific integrity and a respect for fundamental Western principles.
