As the Australian election approaches, ASF continues to think forward about building better ways for the country to achieve health, wisdom, and strength, while helping our communities connect and develop. In addition to our regular monthly Members’ Forum, this month has seen a particular focus on education.
New Models of Tertiary Education
On the weekend of April 12 and 13 in Mona Vale, NSW, Australia, a team of educators affiliated with ASF delivered an intensive educational program (including about 11 hours of face-time teaching) in the style of Academia Libera Mentis – the new university project with which ASF is affiliated – to nearly 20 paid registrants plus five local organisers. The local community known as Light Beyond the Campfire had specifically requested an event featuring ASF’s Gigi Foster, who was joined in teaching by Sienna Baker, Robert Frijters and local health professional Jenny Moalem.
The team delivered an integrated, interactive series of sessions at a local venue owned by a couple who support pro-social community events by leasing their peaceful, beautiful indoor space called OneSpace Collective to those organising such gatherings as yoga classes, Tai Chi classes, and now alternative education. The event was the culmination of coordinated work by several groups for weeks beforehand and during the weekend: the local organising team, the broader Light Beyond the Campfire community within which the initial advertising occurred, Academia Libera Mentis, ASF, and OneSpace Collective’s ownership. Feedback from the event has been stellar, with the median score for overall satisfaction with the event at 4/4. One participant said, “I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my weekend and again I convey my gratitude to you for this opportunity to grow both intellectually and spiritually and also for your commitment to make a difference to our society’s wellbeing.”
Chateau Hodbomont in Belgium, the home campus of Academia Libera Mentis, is serving as the European hub of the European Peace Project and the reading out of the Peace Proclamation on May 9 for which you can show your solidarity here.
A Night at the Cinema!
Keep an eye out for an event page soon to be put on the ASF website advertising the screening of the film Covid Collateral (trailer here) in Sydney in early September. This screening will be a fantastic opportunity to introduce a friend or family member who may have some questions about what happened in the covid era. Also, if you haven’t already, be sure to diarise ASF’s 2025 Progress through Science and Freedom conference, being held in Sydney the weekend of November 21-23.
Australian Politics
The Aligned Council of Australia has made available lots of great resources in our bid to stop Australia’s implementation of the WHO’s International Health Regulations and to push politicians running in the May election to respond to pointed questions about how much they prioritise freedom and sovereignty-related issues. The Jabs and the Lockdowns
Yet another study has been published concluding mRNA products need to be taken off the market due to the risks of heart damage, and this one finds higher covid mortality in areas with higher vaccination coverage. On the other hand, there are studies like this one suggesting pregnant women having nothing to worry about, but at least the journal has included a rebuttal pointing out the flaws in the paper. The Queensland government has made it clear it is not interested in finding out more about the long-term effects of mRNA substances by shelving a long-term study.
Also in Australia, Victorian Liberal MP David Davis won a small but important Supreme Court of Appeal victory for the freedom movement, finally forcing the Victorian health department to release ‘Document 34’ which shows that the government’s decision to lock down the State in 2020 was not based on scientific advice.
The presiding judge in the Rose covid vaccine injury class action has thrown the applicants a lifeline, suggesting they start from scratch and prepare and file fresh pleadings.
Across the Oceans
In international news, while the WHO announced significant progress towards a pandemic agreement, the voices against the covid and related nonsense are getting louder. In the US, vaccine critic Suzanne Humphries went viral on the Joe Rogan show, the FDA’s top vaccine official Peter Marks has taken his hat, while seven US states have filed criminal referral requests against Fauci and other top covid officials. In Minnesota, a bill has been introduced with the aim of classifying mRNA shots as bioweapons. A lot of legal action is still being pursued, including by the Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation. The White House has officially adopted the covid lab leak theory, and RFK Junior has spoken out against covid jabs for kids. Slovakia’s government ordered a halt of the purchasing of covid ‘vaccines’ pending a safety review of the substances, and in Germany, after a lengthy and dubious trial, Reiner Fuellmich was sentenced to 3 years and 9 months in prison for embezzling 700,000 euros from private donations made to the Corona Investigative Committee.
